State allowance of UAH 50,000 upon the birth of a child from PFU. Parents can submit an online application through the Diia portal within 30 days of the child's birth. The service includes birth registration, certificate issuance, and the option to order additional state services for the baby. Application review takes up to one business day, with payment transferred in the next payment period.

Online registration of a child's birth and ordering of additional state services for the baby.
When to Apply
- Within 30 days of the child's birth — mandatory deadline for submitting the application
How to Get It
Online:
- Log in to diia.gov.ua using your electronic signature or BankID
- Fill in the form and select additional services
- Sign the application with your electronic signature (the second parent should also sign)
- The application will be automatically sent to the selected DRACS office
- You will receive a notification when the certificate is ready
In Person:
- Contact the eToddler service administrator at the maternity hospital, DRACS office, or Administrative Service Centre
- Prepare original passports of both parents and the medical report number
- Fill in the application (attendance of both parents may be required)
- Receive the completed certificate
Results
- Registration decision: no later than the next business day
- RNOKPP and UNZR: no later than the next business day, entered into the certificate
- Childbirth allowance (UAH 50,000): decision within one month, funds transferred to the specified account by the 8th or 25th of each month
