Nonviolent Communication
A psychological support course for teenagers (12–16 years old) focused on nonviolent communication skills. Weekly Saturday sessions in Dublin: 24 meetings of 3 hours each. Led by psychologist Hanna Peicheva. The programme covers conflict resolution, empathy, anger management, and communication with peers and parents.

- Conflict reactions and transforming habitual responses
- Observing without judgment, acknowledging feelings, identifying needs, making requests
- Creating heart-to-heart connection
- Anger and aggression, anger management therapy

- The skill of saying 'no'
Details
Sessions are held once a week on Saturdays. Each session consists of two blocks (approximately 1.5 hours each), totalling about 3 hours per day. The course runs for 24 meetings.
Location: Guinness Enterprise Centre, Taylor's Lane, Dublin 8, Ireland.
Start date: The course begins the first week of January.
Age: 12–16 years old.
Instructor: Hanna Peicheva, psychologist and Gestalt therapist working with teenagers and adults.
