About the programme
A three-month free psychological support programme in the format of online groups for children of military personnel.
What children receive:
- Weekly meetings with peers whose parents also serve
- A safe space to discuss feelings and worries
- Reduced stress related to having a close family member in military service
- A sense of support and understanding
- Self-regulation, self-help and resilience techniques
- Communication skills
- Strengthened self-esteem and inner resources
Format
- Online meetings with camera on

- Saturday: morning sessions
- Weekdays: evening sessions
Duration

Facilitators
Psychologists from Important NGO with psychological qualifications and additional training in facilitating children's groups
Parent support
As part of the project, the organisation:
- Holds meetings for parents during the programme
- Assesses children's emotional state and provides recommendations to parents
- Provides psychologist support in a parents' chat
- Shares group activities on social media while maintaining confidentiality
- Distributes educational information about child psychology and the impact of military service on families
