You need to contact your educational institution with documents confirming your status. After that, you'll receive a certificate in the Diia app, which you need to confirm within 20 calendar days.

Who is eligible
- Children of killed or deceased Defenders of Ukraine;
- Children of participants in combat operations with disabilities caused by the war;
- Children of persons recognized as missing in action or prisoners of war;
- Children of victims of the Revolution of Dignity.
What is covered
One academic year of contract-based tuition at a vocational college or university in the 2026/2027 academic year. This is a government pilot programme for one academic year.

- You will receive a certificate in the Diia app — confirm it within 20 days.
