Chernivtsi: Annual Assistance of UAH 4,000 to Families of Fallen, Captured, and Missing Defenders with Children
Families of captured, missing, or deceased defenders and female defenders of Ukraine, where children are raised, receive a one-time cash assistance of UAH 4,000 from the city budget. Registration in Chernivtsi city territorial community is required for at least 12 months before applying.

One-time Annual Assistance of UAH 4,000
Service Description:
One-time targeted assistance to families of fallen, captured, missing participants of the Revolution of Dignity, volunteers, defenders and female defenders of Ukraine, who are raising children under 18 years old (or under 23 if they are studying in vocational, professional, pre-tertiary or tertiary education institutions).
Assistance Amount:
- UAH 4,000 one-time payment
Recipients:
- Families of fallen (deceased), captured, missing under special circumstances participants of the Revolution of Dignity, volunteers, defenders and female defenders of Ukraine
- Where children under 18 are being raised (under 23 while studying)
- Children from internally displaced persons
Eligibility Requirements:
- Registration of place of residence/stay in Chernivtsi city territorial community for at least 12 months prior to the month of application
- Adults apply in person; legal representatives apply on behalf of minors
How to Submit Documents:
- Through the Unified Reception of the Department of Social Policy of Chernivtsi City Council or ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE CENTRE officials
