Program
An intensive career development program for young people with little or no work experience.
Participants will gain
- understanding of today's job market and practical tools: resume, LinkedIn, job search strategy;
- introduction to global players and American companies;
- hands-on preparation: mock interviews, networking;
- thoughtful approach to career, knowledge of your rights and responsibilities depending on employment type;
- understanding of AI as a tool;
- a personal roadmap for next steps and career development paths.
Format
Expert lectures from Ukraine and the US, practical mentoring groups, live group interaction in a hybrid format. Changes possible depending on the security situation.

America House Kyiv — a cultural center that runs English-language programs, skills development seminars, and cultural events. Happy Monday — a job search and career development platform.

Participation is free, but spots are limited. Selected participants will receive confirmation by October 10, 2026.
