- Residing in one of the Eurodesk countries: EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia, Switzerland
- Create original design in PNG, JPG or PDF format
- One participant — one category, one work
- You can invite friends to vote for your work
