Young Diplomat School
A course for students of the WunderMANy studio at Kyiv Small Academy of Sciences. Participants master the art of communication, international diplomacy, and conflict resolution. Programme and Format
The course teaches five key diplomatic skills:
- listening skills — hearing not just words but the deep meaning behind them
- speaking skills — expressing yourself clearly, calmly, and respectfully
- thinking skills — pausing and reflecting before each response
- negotiation skills — seeking compromise solutions that consider the interests of all sides
Practical Exercises
Interactive activities include role-plays and communication exercises. For example, participants simulate a scenario where a new student from another country joins a group and develop a diplomatic strategy to build rapport.
