A municipal initiative by the Youth Policy Department of Vinnytsya City Council in partnership with VinSmart Centre: a series of motivational meetings with business coaches and mentors for teenagers aged 14–17 to help them understand themselves better and choose a career path. The programme continues on an ongoing basis. Sessions are held in Ukrainian, in person in Vinnytsya (for example, at Posterum space).
