Free Health and Recreation Programme for Vulnerable Children 2026

A government programme providing free health and recreation for children aged 7–18 from vulnerable groups (children of military personnel, internally displaced children, children affected by war, orphans) under CMU Resolution No. 259 dated 25 February 2026. Funded by the Fund for Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities; facilities are mainly located in western regions.
