Wellness Gymnastics Club
A club at Kharkiv Regional Palace of Children and Youth Creativity offering health-focused gymnastics exercises to improve flexibility, strengthen muscles and ligaments, and prevent posture problems. Classes are held both in person and online via Zoom and Google Meet.

Training Programme
The club follows a wellness-focused out-of-school education programme in Wellness Gymnastics. The programme supports children's physical development, strengthens immunity, improves flexibility, strengthens the muscles and ligaments of the spine, prevents flat feet, helps form correct posture and an easy gait.
Content
The programme includes learning complexes of exercises with a ball, hoop, gymnastics stick and jump rope, as well as movement games.
Format
Classes are held both in person at the Municipal Institution "Kharkiv Academic Lyceum 'Intel 13'" of the Kharkiv Regional Council, and online through Zoom and Google Meet platforms.
