A 6-month career guidance programme for young people aged 14–17. Covers self-discovery, career exploration, career pathway planning, and soft skills development (communication, leadership, financial literacy, emotional intelligence), psychological support and community building. Running in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi, Uzhhorod and online. Free for vulnerable groups (orphans, internally displaced persons, children of military service members, military veterans, children of fallen Heroes, people with disabilities, families in crisis).
