FLEX Global 2027–2028 — Exchange Program in the USA for Secondary School Students
Free exchange program for Ukrainian secondary school students in grades 8–11. Participants spend an academic year in the USA, attend an American school, and live with a host family. The program covers flights, accommodation, tuition, monthly stipend, and health insurance. Requirements: born 1 January 2010 – 31 December 2011, strong academic record, English proficiency, and ability to obtain a US visa.

FLEX Global Program
A competitive, merit-based program funded by the US government and sponsored by the US State Department (Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs). Participants can apply online.
Requirements for Ukrainian Participants
- Students in grades 8, 9, or 10;
- Grade 11 students, if attending a school with a 12-year education system;
- Born between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2011;
- Currently enrolled in school at the time of application;
- Have a strong academic record;
- Study English and can demonstrate language proficiency;
- Meet US visa requirements.
What the Program Covers
- International and domestic flights to and from the USA;
- Accommodation with a verified host family;
- Attendance at an American school;
- Monthly stipend for social activities and personal needs;
- Preparatory orientation activities;
- Health insurance (excluding pre-existing conditions and dental care).
Deadline and Contact
