Competition Timeline
- 9 May — applications open
- 15 September — submission deadline: by 23:59 Pacific Time
- 17–30 September — peer review: participants must rate at least 5 entries by 30 September at 23:59
- 1–3 October — administrative review
- 4–25 October — jury evaluation: jury evaluates top 75 entries
- 26 October – 18 November — finalist verification (up to 30 entries)
- 24 November – 9 December — popular vote
- 10 December — announcement of Popular Vote Winner, finalists, and Regional Champions
- TBD — announcement of overall winner
