EYCA Youth Panel

Applications open for 11 young people aged 18–29 with a valid European Youth Card to join the Youth Panel of the European Youth Card Association (EYCA). During the two-year mandate (2027–2028), participants will develop a pan-European campaign, represent EYCA at events, provide feedback, and attend meetings. Video submission and English proficiency required.

Eligibility
- Age 18–29 (you can be up to 31 by the end of your mandate)
- Valid European Youth Card on the date of application
- Strong English language skills
- Willingness to travel to events across Europe and attend in-person meetings (21–24 February and October 2027; location to be announced) and online meetings
- Strong motivation to participate in the EYCA Youth Panel for 2 years
What participants will do
- Develop a joint pan-European campaign on a theme to be determined by the end of the year
- Represent EYCA at external events and participate in internal meetings
- Provide feedback and suggestions on EYCA's activities and operations
- Contribute to the communication strategy and visibility of the Youth Panel
How to apply
- Record a video about yourself (maximum 2 minutes) explaining why you want to join the Youth Panel
- Register for an online questionnaire taking place on 24 October at 11:00 CEST (registration deadline 21 October)
- Submit your application by 30 October 2026, 23:59 CET
Two-year mandate: 2027–2028.
