String Folk Instruments

Music ensemble at Sviatoslav Richter Music School No. 2 in Zhytomyr. Students learn to play string folk instruments (guitar, domra, balalaika, bandura, and cimbalom) over 6-8 years. They study music theory subjects (solfège, world and Ukrainian music) and participate in competitions and festivals.
