A joint programme by UNICEF and Ukraine's Ministry of Health for expecting and new parents. Classes with paediatricians and specialists on early child development, feeding, safety, and emotional development for children aged 0–3 years. Operates at maternity hospitals, early intervention centres, and nursing institutes across Ukrainian regions.
