Shakhtar FC Academy — Football Programme for Young Athletes
Shakhtar FC Academy (based in Shchaslyvе, Kyiv region) provides professional football training for boys and girls aged U13–U19. The training facility includes 6 football fields, a hotel, training hall, gym, and general education school. The Academy has 172 football players and 27 coaches. About 60% of the main team's squad are Academy graduates.
